Chakras are funnel-shaped energetic centers located along our spine. Each chakra permeates the front and back of a person's physical body and connects it to the subtle bodies, their aura.

These energy flows move along a central energy channel that connects us to the earth and heaven.

The main functions of the chakras are the absorption and generation of information energy, its transformation, accumulation and distribution between the chakras, the subtle energy bodies and the organs and systems of the physical body.

When the energy vortex moves clockwise, the chakra fills the body with everything it needs. When the chakra energy rotates counterclockwise, the physical and energetic bodies lose vital energy.

Many things can “block” chakras, such as traumatic experiences, stressful situations, depression, aggression, and addictions of all kinds.

It is possible to "cleanse", strengthen and protect the chakras with various techniques in order to to establish a stable supply of life energy to the subtle and physical bodies.
