Seven subtle energy bodies of the human soul

Without energy there would be no life!...

We are all part of a vast energy field we call cosmos, which means order. Our universe and everything around us are actually made of energy.

As energy beings, we generate energy through our thoughts, feelings, desires, and actions. Our physical, mental, and spiritual functions are sustained by energy.

Everything lives through energy, needs energy for sustenance, generates energy itself, and releases energy! Energy bodies are a part of the human's subtle anatomy.

Over the course of human development, many different conceptions of humanity have emerged. Some of these are reflected in spiritual teachings that help people better understand themselves and their relationship to their environment.

All these concepts recognize that man is not limited to his visual body, but that he is "invisibly" connected to the Earth and the universe on the subtle level, through energetic fields.

The energetic system of the soul, consisting of 7 subtle bodies, is essential for human existence on Earth and is divided into two components of the complex anatomy of the soul:

• 4 subtle bodies of the soul that are located on the universal level
• 3 subtle soul bodies located on the earthly plane

Each subtle body, in turn, consists of seven levels through which the soul passes through its development. The seven energy bodies, which pass through seven stages, result in 49 stages at the end of the cycle.

I make no claim to truth; I name and qualify all subtle bodies of the human being according to my vision and concept for today. I recognize their presence, their significance, and their meaning for our existence here.

The subtle bodies of the soul from the universal level

Portal body / Higher consciousness / Access to the greater whole

This body connects the human with the divine, the greater whole. It exists outside the physical body and is the seat of unity consciousness. Through this connection to the Creator, we can attain the highest form of knowledge and wisdom—knowledge through fusion and unity.

One enters this body in altered states of consciousness. Here, contact with pure, divine structures takes place. Here, the future of humanity and its creative fulfillment are written.

When we reach that edge of being where we realize our connection with the entire universe, when we see light and love in all things, when we immerse ourselves in light and feel that it is us and we are it, and when we feel oneness with Creator, then we raise our consciousness to the level of this subtle body.

Spiritual Body / Body of Spiritual Will / Intuitive Body

It is the gateway to higher spiritual experiences, to true cosmic love. This is the seat of consciousness, the higher mind, and inner vision.

This body's function is to transmit information to the lower bodies. It connects us to higher intuition and the guidance of our soul.

The intuitive body is the beginning of spiritual consciousness. This is the realm of the intuitive, where the phenomenon of prophecy, divination, and clairvoyance, as well as sudden ideas and discoveries, lies.

It is this body that shapes our value system, our unconscious self. This is where the transfer of the divine self to the level of the human self takes place.

Enlightenments occur when one resonates with the information field of the universe and gains direct access to information, without reflections, distortions, or hesitation. This is the realm of the "Akashi Records" universe.

Supra Causal Body

Expression of the soul and its true truth.

This body is a great "stage" for the soul, where it expresses its individuality, its heart experiences, and its intuition. Here, through communication with the outside world, it can express its truth, authenticity, and integrity, its opinions, attitudes, and ideas, as well as its self-determination, independence, and freedom.



This body allows us a gentle transition upwards, to the subtle dimensions. From there, we receive the creative guidance, the spiritual support, and the necessary strength.

Causal bodies / Karmic bodies

The causal body is responsible for perceptions, sensations, moral values, attitudes toward life, and actions. This body is our own conscientious "guardian," responsible for the "education" of the human being according to the requirements of higher powers.

The causal body borders on the mental body of thought, belief and action, and if it detects a violation of cosmic laws in a person's behavior, it takes appropriate educational measures.

The subtle bodies of the soul from the earthly plane

mental body

It is the body of thought, logic, and cognition. Thinking takes place in the human mental body, not in the brain.

The brain only processes thoughts. Every tiny thought, even the smallest and most insignificant to us, is stored in a person's mental field. Each thought carries its own energetic charge, its own vibrational quality. This naturally affects the entire vibrational background of a person's mental field.

That is why it is so important to reformulate negative thoughts into positive ones in time, before they become a heavy burden on the astral and physical bodies, where they manifest themselves through illness.

Astral body

The human astral body belongs to the astral plane. This energy body is the place where all emotions and desires are born and stored. It represents the creative flow of pure life energy, our vitality and our desire for life.

This body is located 5-10 centimeters outside the physical body. It does not have a clear form like the etheric body and is a continuous flow of colored energy. The astral and etheric bodies conceal 90% of the causes of physical body illness.

Human outbursts of negative thoughts and emotions generate "heavy" energies, which create long-lasting energy clumps in dark colors (burgundy, brown, gray, and black). These clots not only negatively impact the person's health, but also "poison" the space and the people around them.

Emotions of love, gratitude, respect, and others color the astral body with the pure colors of the rainbow. The purer and deeper human feelings manifest, the more transparent these colors are permeated with light. Clairvoyants can easily determine which emotions are characteristic of a person based on the colors of the astral body.

Etheric body / etheric body

This body is an exact copy of the physical body. It exactly replicates its silhouette and extends 3 to 5 cm beyond it. It is the conduit and carrier of the life force (prana).

It consists of a special type of matter called ether, which occupies an intermediate position between dense and subtle matter. Humans can see the bluish shroud of the etheric body with a diverted gaze.

This subtle body has the important task of integrating the physical body into the Earth's energy body. Vitality, endurance, and immunity are determined by the energy level of the etheric body. Hunger, thirst, fatigue, and activity are all influences and manifestations of the etheric body's energy.

There are energy meridians in this body that therapists use for acupuncture and acupressure.

Physical body enables our soul to be in the physical,
