Science - the true knowledge that creates clarity
"Knowledge is power - it depends on what you do with it"
7 energy bodies, 7 chakras, 7 endocrine glands
Healing is always a process of becoming whole
Health is an expression of success in life
The close connection between the endocrine glands, the neuroendocrine plexuses, the subtle bodies and the chakras of the human being is explained by their location along the spine, which are amazingly precisely coordinated with each other.
And since everything is closely interconnected, the unstable functioning of one part of these systems negatively affects all the others. This occurs through the expression of life energy. Where we block this energy, we necessitate illness.
Behind every illness there is always an unresolved problem. The symptom draws our attention to certain disturbances such as negative thoughts and feelings, desires and actions, and calls us to correct them.
Healing can only take place when we holistically grasp the unity of the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical levels.
1. Etheric body - Root chakra - Adrenal glands
General connection:
Ability to physically survive.
Etheric body:
This subtle body has the important task of integrating the physical body into the Earth's energy body. Vitality, endurance, and strong immunity are determined by the energy level of the etheric body. Hunger, thirst, fatigue, and activity are all influences and manifestations of the etheric body's energy.
Root chakra:
It is associated with the coccyx, which is located in close proximity to the earth. It influences our connection to the material world and helps us stay grounded, feel safe, and be physically stable. Self-preservation instinct. Connection to the species.
Adrenal glands:
Ability to cope with physical and emotional stress. These glands also produce adrenaline, a hormone necessary for our primitive survival response, thereby activating the sympathetic nervous system.
2. Astral body - sacral chakra - sex glands
General connection:
Emotional balance. Balance between feminine and masculine energies within a person, sensuality and sexuality, openness to new ideas and creativity. Partnership.
Astral body:
This energy body is the place where all feelings and desires are born and stored. It represents the creative flow of pure life energy, our vitality and passion for life.
Sacral Chakra:
The sacral spine. The center of sexual energy. The sensual-emotional center. The exchange of emotions and joy, the joy of a healthy and fulfilling life. Part of the Kundalini center.
Sex glands:
Male and female reproductive organs produce hormones that regulate individual sexual development, the amount of body hair, the depth of the voice, and the production of sperm in men and eggs in women.
3. Mental body - solar plexus chakra - pancreas
General connection:
Center of balance between lower matter and higher spirituality. Absorption of information as material and spiritual nourishment, its processing and assimilation. Accumulation of life energy, harmony, balance, confidence in oneself and one's own abilities.
Mental body:
The body of thought, logic, cognition, and action. Thinking takes place in the human mental body, not in the brain. The brain only processes thoughts. Every tiny thought, even the smallest and most insignificant to us, carries its own energy charge and is stored in a person's mental field.
Solar Plexus Chakra:
Self-confidence, self-esteem, determination and strength.
Pancreas:
Plays an important role in regulating carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism. Produces the hormones insulin and glucagon to regulate blood sugar levels. Without this hormone, glucose cannot be absorbed.
4. Causal body - Heart chakra - Thymus / Thymus gland
General context:
The abode of the soul. The ability to give and receive love, empathy and compassion, devotion, true faith, acceptance. The seat of conscience.
Causal body:
Responsible for perceptions, feelings, moral values, attitudes, and actions, this body is our own conscious "guardian," responsible for "educating" us according to the requirements of higher powers.
This body borders on the mental body of thought, belief, and action, and if it detects a violation of cosmic laws in a person's behavior, it takes appropriate educational measures.
Heart Chakra:
The center of love, sublime feelings, and experiences. Spiritual exchange, compassion, and altruism. The distributor of energy and information. The quality of the energy in this chakra determines the quality and state of soul energy. Part of the Kundalini center.
Thymus:
Together with bone marrow, this is a lymphoid organ. It is very important for the development and maturation of the human immune system.
The thymus produces T lymphocytes, cells that fight infections and destroy abnormal cells. Their number in the blood is directly related to our ability to show empathy and compassion.
5. Supracausal body - Throat chakra - Thyroid
General connection:
Expression and self-realization of the soul and its truth. The pharynx is the "bridge" through which air enters the body when inhaling, filling it with vital oxygen and freeing it of unnecessary, extraneous substances when exhaling.
Supracausal body:
The stage for the manifestation of the soul, where it expresses its individuality, its heart experiences and its intuition.
Through communication with the outside world, she can express her truth, authenticity and integrity, her opinions, attitudes and ideas, as well as her self-determination, independence and freedom.
This body allows us to gently move upward into the subtle dimensions. From there, we receive the Creator's guidance, spiritual support, and strength.
Throat Chakra:
Responsible for the development of creativity. It is associated with all forms of communication and corresponds to the need for balance between the rational, sensible approach and the emotional expression of the heart.
Thyroid:
It releases hormones into the blood that regulate heart and circulatory functions, metabolism and digestion, as well as the sweat and sebaceous glands of the skin.
It influences metabolism and muscle strength, brain activity, psyche and energy consumption of the entire body.
Calm breathing helps activate the thyroid, increases vitality and provides a feeling of calm and serenity.
6. Spiritual Body - Third Eye - Pituitary Gland
General connection:
Communication between soul and spirit. Center of control. Personal qualities, intuition, inner guidance, divine inspiration, clarity, clairvoyance, telepathy.
Mental Body:
This is the seat of consciousness, higher mind and inner vision, the seat of higher intuition and soul guidance.
The task of transmitting information to lower levels and forming a system of values. This is where the divine self is transferred to the level of the human self. Access to information without distortion is the realm of the Akashi Records.
Third Eye:
This is the projection of the pituitary gland on the surface of the head and is considered the main control point of the entire body. When people are very materialistic and selfish, this chakra is usually blocked by parasitic energies.
Pituitary gland:
It is located in the sphenoid bone groove near the bridge of the nose. It is the most important processor of the entire hormonal system. It is responsible for heart rate and breathing and stimulates brain cells.
Regulates blood pressure, thyroid function, carbohydrate, fat, protein, and hydrogen metabolism. It influences skin and hair, the pigment layer of the retina, and women by regulating childbirth and breast milk production.
7. Portal Body - Crown Chakra - Pineal Gland
General connection:
Portal to the greater whole. Connection with the spiritual world and all things. Awareness of our divine origin and our immortality.
Portal body:
The place of humankind's unification with the Creator, with the Divine, with the Greater Whole. When we reach this facet of being, where we recognize our connection with the entire universe, when we immerse ourselves in the light, then we feel that He is us and we are He.
Crown Chakra:
The center of human perfection, the absolute consciousness of being part of the divine and connecting with it. Enlightenment and educational work.
Pineal gland:
It is shaped like a pine cone and is located in the center of the brain. It influences all hormonal processes in the body, including the central nervous system, the autonomic system, the immune system, and hormone balance.
Important for the waking and sleeping rhythm, reduces cell damage, expands perception and thought patterns, increases intuition.
